Do you allow pets?
We love pets but sadly, we do not allow pets inside of the shop.
Can I have a private party or event?
We gladly host parties and events.
What do I bring with me to the selfie shop?
This is simple, your phone, a few friends and of course your self-ie!
What is your cancellation policy?
All tickets are for the time scheduled and non refundable.
Can I drop my kids off?
You are welcome to leave kids 12 and older here for their allotted time slot. Children under 12 must have a paid adult present with them during their visit.
Is food or drink allowed in the shop?
Please finish all food and drink before entering. If you are booked for a party you are welcome to bring outside food and drinks for your party time slot.
Where do we park?
Parking is located right across the street or to the left of the building in the parking lot on Hamilton street.
Do I need a ticket to accompany my child?
Yes. Everyone has to pay admission into the show selfie shop unless they are 3 or under.
Where do we get tickets?
You can purchase tickets on our website or use the QR Code on the shop window at the front of the store.
Can we purchase tickets at the door?
If space is available, yes you can scan the QR Code to book an immediate spot or the next available spot. Unfortunately, we are cashless and do not accept cash at the shop.
How long do we get to stay?
Each booking is for a 55 minute experience. We suggest that you show up on time. We want you to enjoy every minute of your time in the shoppe.
Can I have a private party or team building event?
Yes, private parties and team building events are available in increments of 2 or 3 hours.
Am I allowed to shoot a music video or do a professional photo shoot?
Music videos or photoshoots are not allowed during regular ticket hours.
Please book a private 1 or 2 hour session for those. Use of the photography studio changing room is allowed for this type of special event.
